5 nights, full-board, wonderful beaches, great amusement –folklore festival in Costa Brava!
REGULATIONS
Folklore dancing groups, chorus, majorettes, musical bands are invited to participate in this folklore festival which will be held in Costa Brava, Barcelona.
Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 8-10 minutes program.
Performances with live and music recorded on USB are both allowed.
The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. The minimum number of the group members is 15 (including dancers, relatives, accompanists and drivers). Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.
Family members and friends may join this folklore festival Costa Brava – Barcelona and travel to Spain for the same price.
The accommodation of the groups is provided in 3/4* hotels in Costa Brava – towns Lloret de Mar, Pineda de Mar, Tossa de Mar ( HOTEL MARIA DEL MAR ) or similar, in triple and quadruple rooms, and it includes 5 nights with full-board buffet system (breakfast, lunch and dinner). All hotels has a swimming pool.
Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 26 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 52 persons in the group.

285€ per person
(5 nights, full-board, hotel 4* in Costa Brava)

- Trip expenses, airport transfers and other transfers if needed, parking
- Tourist guide, accompanying persons, sightseeing, excursions
- Tourist city tax (from 1€ to 3€ per person per day)
- Health insurance
- Supplement for staying in a double room – 8€ per person per day
- Supplement for staying in a single room – 38€ per person per day
- Additional day – 57€ (full board included)
PAYMENT
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays 2000€ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.

Festival Program
The groups should arrive to the hotel between 14:00 and 19:00 where they will be welcomed and referred to the program.
On this day the folklore festival ”Alegria de danzar” will be held in Lloret de Mar, Costa Brava (performance on an open-air stage in the evening)
On these days you will have a lot of free time to spend on the beach or to visit Barcelona, Andorra, and Girona.

You should leave the hotel after the breakfast.
