The International Festival “City of Lights” is a celebration of art, dance, and culture in one of the world’s most enchanting cities. Open to children, youth, and adult groups, this non-competitive festival welcomes folklore dancers, modern dance ensembles, choirs, instrumentalists, and performers of all artistic styles—bringing together creativity without limits!
This festival is more than just performances—it’s an unforgettable opportunity to share your passion for art, connect with others, and experience the vibrant charm of Paris, a city that radiates inspiration.
Accommodation Details
Participants will stay in comfortable 2 and 3 hotels in Paris** on a Bed & Breakfast basis, with rooms accommodating 3–4 people. All rooms have private bathrooms.
- The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
- Check-in: 16:00h | Check-out: 11:00h
- For every 25 participants, the 26th participant stays free of charge.
Extra Charges:
- Double Room: €8 per person/day
- Single Room: €55 per day
- Extra Night: €60 per person/day
The participation fee is 149€ per person for 2 nights and 195€ per person for 3 nights.

Additional Festival Information
Transfers:
The festival organizers can arrange transportation for groups arriving by plane, including airport transfers and transport during the festival days. Transportation costs will be calculated based on the group size and agreed upon separately.
Parking for Buses:
Groups arriving by bus can use their own transportation during the festival. Bus parking in Paris must be paid by the group, with rates set at the parking location.
Payment Details:
- A 30% deposit is required with the application to confirm participation.
- A 40% payment is due 60 days before the festival.
- The remaining 30% balance must be paid 10 days before the festival start date.
Final participant lists must be submitted 30 days before the festival, after which advance payments are non-refundable.
