IX International Troia Dance Festival & Competition

CONDITIONS  OF PARTICIPATING :

1- Please, send this application form back by email  with minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.

2-The Groups will stay at 3 STARS hotel ,Temizay, Helen, Yurdakul hotel.

Particpation fee 190 euros per person .The number of participants are not limited

TheGroupswillstay  athighqualityprivate hostel 2 and 3-4 beds a roomand inside bathroom.Hostel http://www.kumrusuites.com/,https://canakkaleogrenciyurtlari.com/tuna-kiz-ogrenci-yurdu/  , similarhostels2mealsdaily. Particpation fee 140 euros per person

 3- The groups are requested to arrive in ÇANAKKALE on 07 August  2025

– 10:00 and depart on 11August  .2025 – 12:00, after breakfast.

4- Gifts provide for each person is an  attendance certificate. A gala party will be held for groups.

5- Each group should bring flags of their countries and 3 gifts  with them.  We will prefer for dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.

 6-  Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee. The groups will prepare 5-10 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare  minimum 2 different performances. . It is your responsibility to have Internationalhealth insurance when coming to our festival

7-The rest of the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel, according to the agreement Last application and deposit 15.04.2025
