The Spring Tale International Festival is a unique celebration of dance and culture, welcoming performers from all over the world. Designed as a non-competitive event, this festival offers a platform for children, youth, and adult performers to share their passion for art and connect with fellow artists. Whether you’re part of a folklore dance group, modern dance ensemble, instrumental band, choir, or any other artistic group, you’re invited to join this unforgettable experience. There are no age limits—creativity and culture unite everyone!
This festival isn’t just about performances—it’s about creating lifelong memories through shared moments, vibrant cultural exchanges, and exploring the charm of one of Europe’s most breathtaking cities.
Accommodation Details
Participating groups will stay in comfortable 3-star hotels in Prague, on a Half Board Basis (breakfast and dinner included).
- Rooms: Groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 or 4 beds, each with its own private bathroom.
- The organizer will provide two double rooms per group at no additional charge above the participation fee (leaders and drivers). Any additional double rooms (three or more) will incur fees as written in the festival conditions.
- Check-in: 16:00 | Check-out: 12:00
Costs and Extras:
- Double Room: +10€/person/day | Single Room: +45€/day | Extra Night: 54€/person/day
- On every 25 participants, the 26th person stays free of charge!
The participation fee is 120€ per person for 2 nights and 175€ per person for 3 nights.
It includes:
- Accommodation in 3*** Hotel
- Half Board Basis (2 meals per day)
- Participation at 1 Concert and a Defile
- Invitation Letter
- Grattiduted Certificate
- All expenses of the festival organization

Additional Festival Information
Transfers:
Can transportation be arranged? Yes! For groups arriving by plane, festival organizers can arrange transportation to and from the airport, as well as during the festival days. The cost of transport will be calculated based on the group size and must be covered by the group.
Parking for Buses:
For groups traveling by bus, parking will be available at local rates set by the parking facility. Your bus can be used for transport throughout the festival.
Payment Terms:
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. Payment schedule:
- 30% upon application to confirm participation.
- 40% no later than 60 days before the festival.
- 30% must be paid 10 days prior to the festival start.
Final participant lists must be submitted 30 days before the festival, after which advance payments are non-refundable.
