Join us in Durrës, the largest seaport and one of the oldest cities in Albania – a place where ancient heritage beautifully blends with modern life.
Located just 34 km from Tirana, Durrës is an eternal city on the Adriatic coast, boasting almost 3,000 years of history. Founded in 627 B.C. by settlers from Corinth and Corcyra, it remains a living museum of Illyrian, Greek, and Roman culture.
Among its treasures is the Roman Amphitheater of Emperor Hadrian, with 15,000 seats – the second-largest in the Balkans. Visitors can also enjoy the Durrës Archaeological Museum, the Royal Villa, and the Aleksandër Moisiu Theater, along with a lively promenade, beautiful beaches, and a warm Mediterranean spirit.
🎶 Festival Participation Fee
170 EUR per person – 5 days / 4 nights, Half Board (breakfast and dinner)
💳 Payment Terms
To confirm participation, each group pays a 10% advance.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer, or upon arrival, as agreed with the organizers.

The advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation for any reason.

In case of unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizers reserve the right to change or postpone the event date.

Should there be economic fluctuations in Europe, prices may be adjusted accordingly.

Any banking fees must be covered by the applicant.
🏨 Accommodation
Accommodation includes organizational costs and lodging in Hotels or Apartments:

Rooms: 3–4 beds per room, each with a private bathroom.

Each group may use two double rooms for leaders/drivers.

Extra rooms: +10 €/person/day for a double room, +20 €/person/day for a single room.

Extension of stay: 50 €/person/day (half board).

1 free place for every 25 participants (24+1).

Check-in after 14:00 PM, check-out before 09:00 AM.

Tourist tax and insurance (1.5 €/person/day) are not included and are payable upon arrival.
🎭 Festival Conditions

Open to: Choirs, Orchestras, Folklore, and Modern Dance Groups from all over the world.

No age limits.

All participants receive Diplomas and Gifts from the organizers.

Includes organized performances and a festive parade.

After receiving your Application Form and advance payment, an official invitation letter will be issued.
📋 Participant Obligations

Each ensemble must include dancers, musicians, and group leaders.

Prepare a 10–12 minute program (live music, CD, or USB).
-
Bring your national flag and a group name banner for the parade.
-
Groups traveling by bus should use their own transportation during the festival.

Visa arrangements (if needed) are the group’s responsibility.

Rooming lists must be submitted no later than one month before the festival.
🏥 Insurance
Participants are responsible for personal and health insurance.
First Aid and medical services will be available, but costs are covered by the group.
📸 Festival Promotion
All events will be promoted through press, radio, television, flyers, and posters.
All video and photo materials are the property of the festival organizers.
