Folklore festival in Vienna

– the pearl of central Europe – known as the ”City of music”! The unique spring festival experience and well known destination is coming back again in our program! This is the city where imperial grandeur and modern innovation live side by side! Vienna was the heart of Austro – Hungarian Empire and remains stepped in imperial elegance!

REGULATIONS

Folklore dancing groups, chorus, majorettes, musical bands are invited to participate in folklore festival which will be held in Vienna.

Every group will perform once and it should prepare a 10 minutes program.

Performances with live and  music recorded on USB are both allowed.

The age and the maximum number of dancers in the group are not limited. The minimum number of the group members for accommodation is 15 including accompagnists, relatives, friends…. Adult, youth and children ensembles are welcome. Soloists are not accepted.

Family members and friends may join this folklore festival in Vienna and visit Austria for the same price and conditions.

The accommodation of the groups is provided in hotel with centralized position in Vienna with metro line in front of the hotel H2 HOTEL WIEN SCHONBRUNN in triple and quadruple rooms and it includes 3 nights – offer for this hotel until completed capacity.

AUSTRIA TREND HOTEL DOPPIO 4* accomodation in double rooms, hotel in city centre of Vienna and it includes 3 nights – offer for this hotel until completed capacity.

Accommodation for 1 person is free of charge if you have more than 25 persons in the group. Accommodation for 2 persons is free of charge if you have more than 42 persons in the group.

PARTICIPATION COST

189€ per person (3 nights with breakfast) triple and quadruple rooms H2 HOTEL WIEN SCHONBRUNN

195€ per person (3 nights with breakfast) double rooms AUSTRIA TREND HOTEL DOPPIO 4*

NOT INCLUDED

• Trip expenses, airport transfers and other transfers if needed, parking
• Tourist guide, accompanying persons, sightseeing, excursions
• Health insurance
• Tourist tax
• Supplement for staying in a double room 10€ per person per day for H2 HOTEL WIEN SCHONBRUNN
• Supplement for staying in a single room 45€ per person per day valid for both hotels
• Additional day (60€ BB) valid for both hotels

PAYMENT

As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays 2000€ in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer.

This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason.

In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event or to postpone it for the next year.
