Where the festival will be held?
The International Festival “City of lights” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances. At the festival may participate in children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of the participants is not limited.
The festival will be held in Paris is a global center of art, fashion, gastronomy and culture, where every street corner tells a story and every moment sparkles with romance. With stunning sights like the Eiffel Tower and beautiful views along the Seine River, Paris is a city that will capture your heart. Where the groups will be accommodated?
The groups will be accommodated in 2* and 3* Hotels in Paris on a Bed & Breakfast Basis. The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. Each Group can have only 2 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers. The check-in at the hotel is at 16:00h and the check-out is at 12:00h. On 25 participants, every 26th participant is free of charge.
Extra charges for: Double Room: 5 euro/person/day | Single Room: 55 euro/day | Extra night: 60 euro/person/day
The participation fee is 130€ per person for 2 nights and 190€ per person for 3 nights.
Payment
As confirmation of its participation in this folklore festival, a group pays 10 Euros per person in advance and the rest not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer or upon the group’s arrival at the hotel, according to the previous agreement with the organizers
This deposit is non-reimbursable if you later decide not to come, for any reason. In case of unexpected circumstances or Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to change the date of the event
Considering the current economic situation in Europe, in the event of further price increases, we reserve the right to subsequently adjust our prices
Any banking costs that may arise must be paid by the applicant.
Can you offer me a transfer?
The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.
Is there parking for the buses and how much does it cost?
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set at the parking place.
How can the group pay for the festival costs?
Participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30% in advance 120 days before the Festival, to confirm participation on the Festival, second advance of 40% to be paid 60 days before the Festival, and 30% to be paid first day of the Festival. Final list of participants must be given 30 days before the Festival. After that date advance payment is not refunded.
