“Weekend of folklore” in Belgrade – Serbia

Program of the festival:
Dec 09 – Arrival of the ensemble and accommodation in the chosen hotel, parking for the bus is free, from 8 pm rehearsal in the hall of the folklore ensemble LIRA (near the theater), overnight stay.
Dec 10 – Free time after breakfast, coming to the theaterAt 6 pm – technical rehearsal, Concert in the theater in 7pm, overnight.
Dec 11 – After breakfast free time for optional excursion, overnight stay.
Dec 12 – Breakfast, leaving the hotel at 12 o’clock
Participation fee:
- 79 Euro per person – Hostel (dinner per day – 10 Euro per person; additional day – 23 Euro per person per day)
- 99 Euro per person – Hotel (dinner per day – 17 Euro per person; additional day – 31 Euro per person per day)
The cost of additional day is 32 Euro per person per day
Free place at every group of 25 people (25 + 1 free of charge)
Participation fee includes:
- Hostel accommodation in 1/4 … bunk beds 2+2, Each room has a bathroom, hair dryer and towels, the number of seats are limited
- Hotel accommodation in 1/3 rooms (extra double room is 5 euro per day,per person) accommodation for leaders and drivers in 1/2 room
- 3 BB – night stay with breakfast
- Organization expenses
- Degrees
- Invitation letter
- On 25 participants, 26th is free of charge
Participation fee does not include:

Optional tours (sightseeing, excursions etc)

Insurance and health insurance, and all other expenses

Note:
- All ensembles must provide their own music, leading orchestra or music CD. Each ensemble is obligated to set performance in duration of max 10 minutes.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes within the program.
Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
