Kemer International World Children Festival

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :

1.- Please, send this application form back by email with a minimum of 6 digital pictures
and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your
performances.

3.- Dancers must be between 8-16 years old.

4.- The groups are requested to arrive in Kemer/Antalya on 20 April 2024 – 12:00 and
depart on 24 April 2024 – 12:00, after breakfast.

5.- Gifts provided for each person is an attendance certificate.

6.- Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.

7.- We would prefer dance groups with live music but recorded music is also
acceptable.

8.- Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by the Festival Committee. We will give
you 250 lt diesel.

9.- The groups will prepare 5-10-minute programs. All groups have to prepare
a minimum of 2 different performances.

10.- The festival fee is 180 euros per person. It covers organizational expenses,
and accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 3 meals per day. ( Open buffet
breakfast. lunch and dinner. ) For every 25 participants, one member is free of charge.
For double rooms, there is a supplement of 10 € per person per day, for single rooms 20
€ per person per day.

PAYMENT: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, a group pays in advance
1000 € (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of
the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival to the hotel,
