International Festival Of Dance And Songs “Autumn Tale”

Where the festival will be held?

The International Festival “Spring Tale” is a non-competitive festival of traditional and modern dances. At the festival may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, instrumental groups, choirs, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of the participants is not limited. The festival will be held in Budapest which is one of Europe’s most delightful and enjoyable cities. It is situated right on the bank of the River Danube.

Where the groups will be accommodated?

The groups will be accommodated in 3*** Hotels in Budapest on a Bed & Breakfast Basis. The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. Each Group can have only 2 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers. On 25 participants, every 26th participant is free of charge.

Extra charges for: Double Room: 7 euro/person/day | Single Room:  30 euro/day | Extra night: 35 euro/person/day

The participation fee is 95€ per person.

It includes:

• Participation at 1 Concert and a Defile
• Invitation Letter
• Grattiduted Certificate
• All expenses of the festival organization

Does NOT include:

• Travel Insurance
• City Tax
• Additional meal – 12 euros per person
• Transfers
• Parking for the bus
• Excursions (See the excursion list in the section “Excursions”)

Can you offer me a transfer?

The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.

Is there parking for the buses and how much does it cost?

The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. The Parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set at the parking place. (approximately 15 euros per day).

How can the group pay for the festival costs?

The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30% in advance after receiving the official invitation. After this date (29.11.2023) advance payments are not refunded. In case of a price increase, due to the global crisis, we reserve the right to adjust the festival fee.
