Where the festival will be held?
The International Festival of dance and songs “Golden days” is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances and music performed by folkloric groups. On the festival may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. The age of the participants is not limited.
The festival will be held in Varna – the Sea Capital of Bulgaria! Varna besides its amazing beaches is offering cultural attractions, historical buildings, museums, and art galleries.
Where the groups will be accommodated?
The groups will be accommodated in 3*/4*Hotels in Varna on a Full Board Basis with 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. Each Group can have only 2 double rooms which can be used for the Leaders and Drivers. On 20 participants, every 21st participant is free of charge.
Extra charges for: Double Room: 5 euro/person/day | Single Room: 20 euro/day | Extra night: 33 euro/person/day
The participation fee is:
4 nights – starting from 150€ per person
5 nights – starting from 175 €/per person.
It includes:
- Accommodation in 3*/4* Hotel
- Full Board Basis with 3 meals per day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Participation in 2 Concerts and a Defile
- Invitation Letter
- City tax
- Grattiduted Certificate
- All expenses of the festival organization
Does NOT include:
- Travel Insurance
- Transfers
- Parking for the bus
- Excursions (See the excursion list in the section “Excursions”)
Can you offer me a transfer?
The festival organizers will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from the airport, during the festival days, and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed upon according to their number.
Is there parking for the buses and how much does it cost?
The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. The Parking for the buses is paid for by the group at the rate set at the parking place.
How can the group pay for the festival costs?
The participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30 % in advance after receiving the official invitation. After this date (04.06.2023) advance payments are not refunded. In case of a price increase, due to the global crisis, we reserve the right to adjust the festival fee.
