I. INTERNATIONAL DANCE FESTIVAL “ST. NIKHOLAS”
3 – 7 October 2023

Conditions for participation:

• Please, send by email minimum 6 digital pictures and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your performances.
• There is no age limit. The number of participants is not limited.
• The groups are requested to arrive in Demre on 03/10/2023 – 14:00 and depart on 07/10/ 2023 – 12:00 after breakfast.
• Each group should bring flag of their country with them. For gift exchange, each country must bring 3 gifts.
• Organization committee prefers dance groups with live music but recorded music is also acceptable.
• Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by Festival Committee.
• We prefer dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.
• The groups will prepare 6-8 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare minimum 2 different performances in different costumes.

Accommodation:

• The Groups will stay at hotel 5 stars hotel. https://www.presadifinica.com.tr/

Participation fee:

• 150 Euro per person – 4 nights (all inclusive without alcohol)
• 185 Euro per person – 4 nights (all inclusive with alcohol)

Participation fee includes:

• 4 nights accommodation (all inclusive – Open buffet breakfast, lunch, snack bar and dinner)
• Organizational expenses.
• Gifts provide for each person is an  attendance festival hat-t-shirt and certificate.
