FİNİKE International Folk Dance Competition

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :

1. – Please, send this application form back by e-mail with a minimum 6 digital pictures
and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your
performances.

2- Participants’ age are not limited. The Groups will stay at hotel 5 5-star hotel.

3- The groups are requested to arrive in Finike 17/05/2024 – 12:00 and depart on
21/04/ 2024 – 12:00, after breakfast.

4- Gifts provided for each person is an attendance festival hat-t-shirt and certificate

5- For gift exchange, each country must bring 3 gifts.

6- Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.

7- Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by the Festival Committee. The groups will
prepare 6-8 minutes programs. All groups have to prepare a minimum of 2 different
performances and different costumes.

8-The festival fee is 4 nights 165 euro, 5 nights 205 Euro. It covers organizational
expenses, and accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 3 meals per day. ( Open buffet
breakfast, Lunch, and dinner. ) For every 25 participants, one member is free of charge.
For double rooms, there is a supplement of 10 € per person per day, for single rooms 20
€ per person per day.

PAYMENT: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, a group pays in advance 1000 €
(which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of the amount is to
be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival at the hotel, according to the
