CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :

1- Please, send this application form back by email with a minimum 6 digital pictures
and a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your
performances.

2- Participants’ ages are not limited. The Groups will stay at the hotel
https://urgup.dinler.com/, https://www.suhankapadokya.com/ and, 5 stars hotel. The
number of participants is not limited.

3- The groups are requested to arrive in Cappadocia on 25 July 2024 – 12:00 and
depart on 29 July 2024 – 12:00, after breakfast.

4- Gifts provided for each person are an attendance festival hat, t-shirt, and certificate.
Each group should bring flags of their countries with them.

5- We would prefer dance groups with live music but recorded music also acceptable.

6- Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by the Festival Committee. We will give
200 lt diesel. Who will come by plane, we will pick you up at Ankara Esenboğa. Kayseri
or Nevşehir Ariport, a free transfer will be provided.

7- The groups will prepare 5-10-minute programs. All groups have to prepare
a minimum 2 different performances.

8- The festival fee is 4 nights 5 days 195 euro per person.It covers organizational
expenses, and accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 2 meals per day. ( Open buffet
breakfast, and dinner ) On every 25 participants, one member is free of charge. For
a single room 20 € per person per day.
PAYMENT: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, a group pays in advance
1000 € (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of
the amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or at the group’s arrival at the hotel,
according to the agreement Last application and deposit is 15.06.2023
