Beylikdüzü Folklore Festival

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING :

1. – Please, send this application form back by email with a minimum 6 digital pictures and
a short description of your group and videos or links and descriptions of your
performances.

2. – Participants’ ages are not limited. The Groups will stay at the hotel

participants is not limited. The groups are requested to arrive in the Hotel on 26 OCTOBER
2024 – 12:00 and depart on 30 OCTOBER 2024 – 12:00, after breakfast.

3. – Gifts provided for each person include an attendance certificate and others. Each group
should bring flags of their countries with them. We will prefer groups with live music
but recorded music is also acceptable.

4. – Pocket money will not be paid to the groups by the Festival Committee. Who will come
by plane we will pick you up at İSTANBUL AIRPORT, free transfer will be provided.

5. – The groups will prepare 5-10-minute programs. All groups have to prepare a minimum

2 different performances.

6. – The festival fee is 4 nights 5 days 175 euro per person. It covers organizational
expenses, and accommodation in a Hotel for 4 nights with 2 meals per day. ( Open buffet
breakfast, and dinner ) For every 25 participants, one member is free of charge. For
single room supplement 20 € per person per day.
PAYMENT: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, a group pays in advance
1000 € (which is not reimbursable in case of declination of participation). The rest of the
amount is to be paid 15 days before the festival or upon the group’s arrival at the hotel,
